Nick is a Chief Marketing Officer working across climate, commerce, and culture. Nick was previously head of marketing at Bedrock Detroit, a multi-billion dollar catalytic real estate development firm in Detroit. Prior to that, Nick led strategy for global brands such as Rolex, Jaguar, and All Nippon Airways at the Brooklyn-based digital agency Carrot Creative (acquired by VICE Media). Nick lives on a small farm in central NJ where he’s raising kids in the house and capturing carbon in the soil.

Mary is a Princeton resident since 2004 and has lived in Dublin, London, Cardiff, Chicago, Stockholm and Baghdad. Formerly a senior manager in PICU at Cardiff University Hospital Trust and a nationally known Lecturer in Child Health at the University of Wales, Mary still works as a School Nurse. An environmentalist, she was at the ground level to ban plastic bags. With Stony Brook Garden Club, Mary has lobbied in Washington DC at the National Affairs and Legislation Conference – addressing climate change and PFAS.

Yamile Slebi is a native of Colombia where she practiced law and managed the foreign investment division of a boutique firm. She transitioned to non-profit work, becoming a founding team member of Fair Trade USA in California. Yamile headed the producer services division to assist global producer organizations with higher prices, sustainable growing practices and quality improvement. Since moving to Princeton, Yamile has continued her service through local nonprofits, including as a trustee of the Princeton Public Library and as a Board President of Sustainable Princeton. She is currently presenting the C-Change Conversations Primer to audiences in Spanish.

Nancy worked for 17 years in finance in New York City at JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch as an investment banker and head of both firm’s Community Development Corporations. She then spent 8 years heading a non-profit historic cemetery and Level II arboretum. She is currently the board chair for the Nature Conservancy in Missouri and on the board of the Harris World Ecology Center. Nancy holds a MBA from the Yale Business School and is currently completing a post-graduate program at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment.

Margaret comes to C-Change Conversations from the world of sports editing, having worked at Boating and Sports Illustrated magazines, and at Sports Illustrated For Kids, where she started a book division for kids. In Princeton, NJ, she has been involved with the Friends of the Princeton Public Library and served as a long-time leader of the Garden Club of Princeton’s conservation committee, and as a trustee of The Watershed Institute, where she’s on the Communications Committee and Advisory Board.

Catherine brings business, investment management and fundraising experience to C-Change Conversations. During her career, Catherine was a Managing Director, Advisory Director and Senior Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley. She subsequently became a Managing Director at Constellation Wealth Advisors, and is a board member of FlexPaths LLC, a leading innovator in workplace change. Catherine is a trustee of the KKR Funds and a board member of numerous non-profits in New York and New Jersey.

Lorraine has over 30 years of experience representing public charities and private foundations, including as General Counsel at National Audubon Society, as Senior Counsel at Princeton University, and as chair and member of numerous national and local boards. Before devoting her time and career to the mission-driven nonprofit world, she practiced tax-law at a national law firm and clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office S.D.N.Y. and at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Dr. Joan H. Schiller is a widely published medical oncologist who is internationally recognized for her work in lung cancer clinical research. She is also passionate about climate change and its impact on health. She is the author of Global Warming, COVID-19, and Lung Cancer: Why Lung Cancer Doctors Should Care about Climate Change and Why Oncologists Should Care About Climate Change. She is currently a board member of the Lung Cancer Research Foundation, Adjunct Professor at the University of Virginia, and a member of OUCH.

Pam started her professional life in New York at Conde Nast Publications and J. Walter Thompson Advertising. She then moved to Princeton and co-founded Design III, a residential and commercial interior design company. Later she joined the Sotheby’s affiliate N.T. Callaway Real Estate as Marketing Director, initiating and managing the firm’s advertising, web, marketing, and promotional programs. Pam has served on the boards of Young Audiences New Jersey Eastern Pennsylvania and The Princeton Family Center for Education.

Pam serves on and is the founding chair of the board of Sustainable Jersey, a nonprofit that works to promote sustainability in municipalities across the state. The recipient of numerous awards, Pam served on Lawrence Town Council for 12 years and as Lawrenceville Mayor for 3 years. She was honored for her SustainableJersey work and NJBiz Magazine named her one of the top 50 women in business.  Pam and her husband own and run Terhune Orchards, a 200-acre sustainable produce farm and winery.
