Nick is a Chief Marketing Officer working across climate, commerce, and culture. Nick was previously head of marketing at Bedrock Detroit, a multi-billion dollar catalytic real estate development firm in Detroit. Prior to that, Nick led strategy for global brands such as Rolex, Jaguar, and All Nippon Airways at the Brooklyn-based digital agency Carrot Creative (acquired by VICE Media). Nick lives on a small farm in central NJ where he’s raising kids in the house and capturing carbon in the soil.

Mary Brophy

Mary is a Princeton resident since 2004 and has lived in Dublin, London, Cardiff, Chicago, Stockholm and Baghdad. Formerly a senior manager in PICU at Cardiff University Hospital Trust and a nationally known Lecturer in Child Health at the University of Wales, Mary still works as a School Nurse. An environmentalist, she was at the ground level to ban plastic bags. With Stony Brook Garden Club, Mary has lobbied in Washington DC at the National Affairs and Legislation Conference – addressing climate change and PFAS.

Yamile Slebi

Yamile Slebi is a native of Colombia where she practiced law and managed the foreign investment division of a boutique firm. She transitioned to non-profit work, becoming a founding team member of Fair Trade USA in California. Yamile headed the producer services division to assist global producer organizations with higher prices, sustainable growing practices and quality improvement. Since moving to Princeton, Yamile has continued her service through local nonprofits, including as a trustee of the Princeton Public Library and as a Board President of Sustainable Princeton. She is currently presenting the C-Change Conversations Primer to audiences in Spanish.

Nancy Ylvisaker

Nancy worked for 17 years in finance in New York City at JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch as an investment banker and head of both firm’s Community Development Corporations. She then spent 8 years heading a non-profit historic cemetery and Level II arboretum. She is currently the board chair for the Nature Conservancy in Missouri and on the board of the Harris World Ecology Center. Nancy holds a MBA from the Yale Business School and is currently completing a post-graduate program at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment.

Pam has served on the boards of Young Audiences New Jersey Eastern Pennsylvania and The Princeton Family Center for Education.

The recipient of numerous awards, Pam served on Lawrence Town Council for 12 years and as Lawrenceville Mayor for 3 years. She was honored for her SustainableJersey work and NJBiz Magazine named her one of the top 50 women in business.  Pam and her husband own and run Terhune Orchards, a 200-acre sustainable produce farm and winery.
