The world of wine is becoming more complicated as climate change impacts some of our favorite wine-growing regions and vineyards. How are vineyards coping? Given a warming climate, where will the best wines come from in the future?
Please join C-Change Conversations for Wine in the Time of Climate Change, a fun, outdoor evening of wine tasting and socializing.
Our guest speaker will be Mark Censits, founder and president of CoolVines, a company that specializes in hand-crafted wines from around the world. He will provide fascinating insights on why winemaking is so vulnerable to climate change and how disruption and innovation in the industry provide opportunities for the savvy connoisseur. Mark will also share tips for good wines, good deals, and lead us in tasting both new and established wines.
